Hi, I'm Jorge Jiménez Lara
I'm passionate about cooking. I see myself as an innovator who uses food as a language to connect with people.
I'm a professional chef with 13 years of experience. I've worked across Costa Rica, in Guanacaste, Puntarenas and San José, cooking for private homes and for companies such as The Westin Reserva Conchal.
Today I cook in private homes, where I get to share what I know and express it through every dish I create.
I'm open-minded and I love building good relationships with my clients. I always leave room for imagination, creating unique dishes with my own personal touch.
